Help For stress, anxiety, panic attacks or depression

People generally choose counselling because a situation causes them to feel depressed, stressed or anxious. Common to all these people is the realisation that some kind of decision or change is necessary, even if they're unsure about what that decision or change should be.

Anxiety symptoms, panic attacks  or depression can arise from feeling stuck or blocked. When this happens the original situation and the reasons you can't deal with it can become masked by the more pressing issue of coping with anxiety or depression.

Whatever the issue, speaking with a counsellor can bring clarity, understanding and options for moving forward. Where necessary, anxiety or stress management skills add an extra dimension to overall self-mastery.  Telephone counselling makes this process so much more convenient and flexible.

I see my role of counsellor as one of providing a space where your emotions, inner-most fears or concerns are listened to with genuine caring, respect and non-judgment. My aim is to help you find your own solution; one that fits with your personal values and principles. I believe a well-rounded approach focusing on increasing self-awareness, self-empowerment and self esteem result in long-lasting benefits which flow into every area of your life.

If you would like to discuss whether Nexus Telephone Counselling is appropriate to your needs, you will find my contact details on the appointment page.
